Outlook True Archive v.1.0.12 Released

V.10.012 of Outlook True Archive is now available for general download.

This new version adds the following capabilities:

* Ability to automatically select all folders when a source is chosen
* [CONTROL]+Click Node in folder tree does not auto select children
* Ability to create an archive.pst if one does not exist.
* Added more diagnostic info to log file.
* Allow updating of Last Modified time stamp in the PST

NOTE: Last Modification Time stamp Updating

The ability to update the "Last Modified" timestamp has been added with this release. This will allow users to modify the mail messages timestamp inside the PST.

In order to update the time stamp inside a PST the computers Real Time Clock must be reset to the relevant date and time for each message processed. Resetting the RTC can have a negative impact on open documents and running applications. It is strongly advised that all documents and running applications are closed when running such a task.

If you are running an Update Timestamp task on a Windows Vista machine then you must run Outlook True Archive with administrator privileges.

• Ability to export message in EML (RFC 822), HTML, TNEF (Transport Neutral Encapsulation Format) and plain text formats.
• Abilty to import messages in EML (RFC 822) and TNEF (Transport Neutral Encapsulation Format)
• More robust translation of filenames during disk export (e.g. MSG)
• More robust translation of Outlook folder names during disk export (e.g. MSG)
• Ability to create an archive PST of one does not currently exist
• Display task summary information such as number of messages moved, percentage of PST file size moved.
• Errors logged to a file called "ota task.log"
